Iowa Next-Day Delivery
Orders being delivered to locations in Iowa placed by 1pm CST Monday-Thursday will be shipped that day via Spee-Dee Delivery. Spee-Dee estimates Next-Day Delivery for the entire State of Iowa, and has a very well-known reputation for its speed.
However, no guarantee can be made for this claim.
Every effort is made to ensure your order can be Delivered the Next Day.
However, due to the large increase in the volume of shipped goods, environmental factors, and other external variables beyond our control, we cannot guarantee Next-Day Delivery for these Orders.
We thank you for your understanding of these circumstances.
Orders are only shipped via Spee-Dee Delivery on Mondays-Thursdays to Delivery Locations in Iowa.
Spee-Dee Delivery does not Deliver on Weekends. Please choose another service if you would like Weekend delivery options.
Orders must be placed by 1pm CST to be shipped the Same Day.
Johnston Bait & Tackle currently only offers Spee-Dee Next Day Delivery to Delivery Locations in Iowa. We may expand this service offer in the future to other Spee-Dee Delivery Zones.
No exceptions are made to this policy and this policy may change at any time without notice.
Standard $5 Flat Rate Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays.
Orders are not guaranteed to be delivered on Weekends unless the service is explicitly paid for.
Offer only applies to Orders being Shipped within the Contiguous United States.
Offer does not apply to oversized or other specially marked items.
Standard $5 Flat Rate Shipping orders are Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Expected Delivery in 1-3 Business Days.
Johnston Bait & Tackle cannot extend any guarantee to this Delivery Estimate however every effort is made for timely, quick shipments.
If you would like your order delivered faster or via another carrier, please choose a different delivery service at checkout.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Due to the huge increase in the volume of shipped goods nationally, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Johnston Bait & Tackle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Johnston Bait & Tackle will make any and all efforts to ensure all product is packaged safely and responsibly for quality delivery. Johnston Bait & Tackle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please complete the following steps to ensure that product is replaced or cost reimbursed;
- Immediately document all damages upon inspection including;
- How the order looked upon arrival before opening
- Any visible product damages
- Other circumstances that were noticed upon delivery
- Notify Shipping Service of Damaged Order and begin their Claims Process
- Send an Email to email@example.com with the following information;
- Order Number
- Pictures and any other Information about Damages or Shipping Issues
- Keep all items in unused condition in original packaging as we complete your damages claim.
