Sometimes there isn't enough time on ice to warrant the hundreds - or thousands! - of dollars of investment into equipment.
Or the space to store those items for 9 months of the year!

Rentals periods are based on a "day" time frame. All rentals items must be back at the shop before open the next day.
Example: A Vexilar unit is rented for a Monday & picked up Monday at 3pm. The item must be present in your assigned locker by 7am the next morning.

Following checkout, you will recieve an email with assigned locker, lock combination, & general information about using the locker system.
Please keep this information & return your items to the same locker on drop-off.
Locker area is well lit, secure, and monitored by cameras. Generally, items are available to pickup at 5am and should be dropped off by 12am. Please let us know either in order notes, email, or phone to ask if there is flexibility with those times.
We can't guarantee that your items will be ready for pickup before your rental reservation.
However, if available we will try to work with you on arranging an early pickup.
If you would like to pick up your items early, please leave a note on your order.

We ask that items are back to the lockers by 12 am that same day.
A damage & corresponding fix fee will be listed on the rental product page.
A deposit fee hold relative to the items you have rented will be held by us during the rental period. If items are returned undamaged, and on time, the deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period. This may take several days to reflect in your account depending on bank, processor, or other factors.
The deposit is held as a security to ensure items are returned in a similar condition they left in. If the renter damages items beyond the deposit fee, they will be charged for additional fees.
